We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of all products sold through Parallel 45 Marine. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to Parallel 45 Marine within 30 days, unused and undamaged, for a FULL REFUND of the purchase price.
Warranty Statement
All products available on Parallel 45 Marine are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. If you have questions about the warranty on any product, please enquire before you buy.
For warranty service, please contact Parallel 45 Marine. Warranties do not apply to damages resulting from accident, misuse, tampering, corrosion, modification or incorrect installation or commercial use.
Return Policy
No order or product may be returned for a refund or for a warranty claim without the prior approval of Parallel 45 Marine. Please contact us for return instructions before returning any order or product. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
All cost associated with returning a product for a refund or for a warranty claim are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded by Parallel 45 Marine. If there was an error in your order, Parallel 45 Marine. will happily cover the cost of returning the order to us. All returns must include the original packaging materials.
It is highly recommended that your return shipment is insured and can be tracked. Parallel 45 Marine will not be responsible for the damage or loss of any return shipment. Claims for loss or damage should be made to the responsible courier company. Keep your shipping receipt!
Exceptions: All “special order” items such as custom coloured boats, sail and accessories. All clearance items and any items worn or used on the water. Please contact us to discuss the returns of any of these products. All boats may incur a restocking fee, please contact us to discuss before returning any boat.

Don’t like the colour, wrong size, not to worry exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive your order back we will ship out the exchange item.
